Mer solkrem, førre rynker!
A study from 2013 examined the preventive effect of sunscreen against wrinkles . Total 604 people younger than 55 years were included in the study. Half of the participants were instructed to use sunscreen daily, while the other group received no instructions. The group that used sunscreen daily had 24% lower aging score after 4.5 years. The study shows that daily use of sunscreen reduces the occurrence of wrinkles, and that the effect of sunscreen use can be seen as early as four years!
